After placing an order on the 10th of November, I honestly felt like I might be getting scammed. I received several emails asking me to be patient. However, my product arrived today, and I am absolutely thrilled with it! Excellent work! I will definitely order from them again, but just be ready to wait a little.
Beware of this service. I placed an order, and shortly after, I attempted to share the site with a friend so she could also order. That's when I noticed it mentioned delivery after Christmas. I tried to cancel my order and was directed to an email, which claimed cancellations had to be made within 24 hours. I sent an email but received no response. I followed up again within the 24-hour window, but still no reply. I even commented on their social media posts and messaged them directly, yet got nothing in return. I attempted to chat multiple times during their posted hours, but no one ever responded. If I don't receive a full refund soon, my next step will be to contact my bank and report this as fraud.
I placed an order on November 22 and quickly got a confirmation email along with an order number, with the payment taken from my account right away. However, I received no tracking information. It's concerning to withdraw money before shipping an item. I reached out to the support team with my details, but their response was automated and requested the same information I had already sent. I plan to dispute the charge with my bank and report this issue to the appropriate authorities. UPDATE: The company responded via email after I posted this review, acknowledging that my item has not yet shipped despite taking my payment, which is against the law. I have initiated a dispute with my bank and received the following response from them: Thank you for your email. Due to high demand for this item, there has been a delay in processing orders. They assured me my order is prioritized and that I would receive a shipping notification once it ships. They also encouraged me to reach out if I had further questions. Wishing me all the best seems a bit hollow at this point.
Extremely disappointing service experience. I placed my order on 6th November for Christmas gifts for my children, and I still haven't received anything, nor can I track my order. I've sent multiple emails; the first received a response, but the second has been ignored. It's unacceptable! I cannot recommend this service to anyone. If you are genuinely a small business, you should prioritize customer satisfaction and your reputation, both of which are currently lacking.
Have emailed NUMEROUS times about my order...ordered November 18th. A $118 order that has been taken out of my bank account. When I email, I get same email to provide them with email used to order, order number, etc...
I have got the same email twice saying same that they are "working on my order"
I emailed them back saying they have bad reviews. They are nothing but a scam
Then another email saying I want a full refund. NO response back!!! NOTHING!!!

This website is clearly fraudulent! I ordered two personalized items on the 20th of November, received a confirmation email, but nothing else. The chatbot is useless, not recognizing my order number and preventing me from tracking it. I emailed customer service, but all they did was ask for information I had already provided. I regret not checking reviews beforehand, as now I have to go through PayPal to get my money back and find new gifts just three weeks before Christmas!
One star is too generous. I placed an order on the 11th of November, and it still shows as processing. I have contacted them multiple times and only get told it’s processing and they’ll be in touch. When I asked to cancel, their terms state that the order is considered commenced 24 hours after ordering and only a partial refund would be issued. I suspect this is a money-making scam unless proven otherwise by comments from actual customers who received their items or my own order arriving.
Avoid this company; it’s a complete scam. I ordered two weeks ago and have received no communication regarding shipping or delivery dates. When I emailed to inquire about my order, I got an AI-generated response. I have requested a refund through PayPal.
