Review Time
First, I want to say Mejuri is reasonably priced compared to Maria Tash and the quality is fine so far. My qualm is piercing earrings purchased at this store CANNOT be sterilized and reused as is the case with many piercing salons. The earrings are not cheap. The first helix piercing was painless, but I did NOT like where it was placed - I didn't want it even with right helix piercing, but that's EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. I got a second helix piercing to correct evenness problem and i did NOT like where it was placed again. I really would like to remove BOTH and start all over, but I have already spent at least $450 for these piercings and don't want to buy more jewelry.Really, you should figure out a way to let customers repierce with their Mejuri jewelry. UPDATE: Mejuri invited me to discuss my dissatisfaction with them and it was a SINCERE REQUEST. They completely solved my issue 100% to my satisfaction. I AM SHOCKED. When most companies respond to complaints, it’s just boilerplate meaningless platitudes. Will definitely keep shopping here as they truly care about pleasing the customer.
I have just received my 3rd purchase from Mejuri, the design & quality of each piece has been exactly what I had been looking for at an affordable price. The whole process from order to delivery has been great, all items delivered within a couple of days. Very happy & would highly recommend.
