Their UK order line, an 0800 Freephone number, is not working! Have been a customer for 10 years, at least, and never had this problem before.So I had to place my order online; would have preferred to talk to a rep.A very frustrating series of 5 email exchanges with their customer service dept. who now seem to be based in Germany. They weren't able to give me a working UK number (Freephone or otherwise).It's rather disappointing that a company of Melaleuca's size can have a working UK phone line.
Like any other company, one needs to read the ingredients before buying. Some products have good ingredients and some don't pass my criteria. I don't care for the new loyalty dollar program with "free shipping" They bury expired dollars into used dollars to hide that they are taking dollars away from you because you are a day late! There are a handful of products that I really like that I order frequently and some that I order infrequently when needed. It can be very challenging to meet their minimums and now these even higher amounts to get "free shipping" with loyalty dollars that expire in 3 months. I have been a Melaleuca customer for around 10 years.
Been with melaleuca shopping for about a year now.. love the safe high quality naturally sourced products "child no cap lock needed safe" makes me feel good with my kids Customer service is also amazing always great to deal with.One time had a delivery the box was really messed up and things were missing and broken (no fault to melaleuca) 100% the fault of the people handling the package through shipping.. seemed like they tossed it dropped it ran it over all of the above lol.. No questions asked melaleuca just sent replacements! Some people seem to be confused or unfortunately miss led by someone that shared the company with them.again how someone shares information is not at the fault of the company, they take pride and making sure everyone follows certain guidelines and standards. To answer a few main things I see pop up.. yes they have an amazing membership option to get discounted pricing on all items and in order to keep that membership you have to purchase x amount per month BUT you do not have to be a member if it doesn't suit your individual budget or personal needs and you can shop as a non member with non member pricing as you want with no commitment.. think of it like a Costco or Sam's club.. And yes you can buy just the beef if that is what you prefer.. And if you did sign up as a member and decide it's not for you, it's very easy to cancel or pause membership any time.. I personally did it myself for a few months well moving and then re opened my account no issues at all, no surprise charges etc.. Hope I cleared up some miss information this review gives you the confidence to give them a try..
The products shelf life is about 50% of the life of attitude or meyers. Your minimum monthly commitment is at least $50 which after 9 months was absolutely ridiculous. I was buying nonsense just to keep my contract -even with group ordering. After 2 years of this my friend whom was the one I was trying to support (she sold it) hadn't made anything- and she had several of us making our minimum orders. The product is decent but ridiculously inflated in every way and nowhere near worth the money charged to members. Hard no.
My order ships quick to Canada, filled with quality products and I live supporting a 38 year old company that aligns with my values! I had one friend cancel for personal reasons, she simply called into customer service and canceled her account in 2 minutes with no issue. Super easy process and she can rejoin at anytime with no penalty! 👏

I have been shopping here at Melaleuca for over 17 years. I have enjoyed all of the experience and find myself healthier now than I was 17 years ago. I believe their products have helped my husband Immensely while he went through cancer surgery, Aneurism Surgery and many other procedures. Their prices are affordable, compared to other healthy, clean, and natural ingredient products, and they deliver quickly. The customer service has always been more than fair when there has been an issue.
We have been preferred members for almost 2 years and love it! There are so may lies on the internet but to clear up a few as of now (2023) Melaleuca is not an MLM and it's easy to cancel. We save so much money shopping there and are blessed by the products and the community. Highly recommend, we will be customers for life. Editing to speak to other reviews: It is not a "pyramid scheme"(which are illegal) i think people mean MLM and it is not that either. They do not greenwash and have incredibly responsive Customer Service that helps with your account and can answer product, ingredient, and labeling questions, Charging CC's - they will continue to charge you for backup orders if you do not cancel or membership (again super easy to cancel) but you very clearly agree to this when you sign up (this is not unlike any company that charges monthly (hello pecock or hello fresh or butcher box) we all know this is very common in the current marketplace.
