I wish I had know about Melaleuca 20 years ago. From the household cleaners, laundry soaps & fabric softeners, vitamins and make-up they have changed my life. They are Non-Toxic and my health shows it. I have no more Asthma problems. I would have saved myself and hubby a lot of doctors appointments and medications chasing problems that were caused by toxic products by companies who could make a safe product like Melaleuca, but choose not too. Profits over people is their moto. Melaleuca cares about their customers health and well being.

I was a member for a couple years. I hate the way they do business so I cancelled my subscription and used my daughters to help her get the points you have to have monthly or your penalized. You're penalized if you don't buy by the 15th of every month. When you do and try to use your loyalty dollars, you're penalized again and have to order more product to make your 35 points. I'm now waiting on my 2/28/23 order that supposedly shipped on March 2nd. I was told I had to wait 10 days and if it doesn't get to me by then they will re-order. They re-ordered on 3/13/23 and as of 3/22/23 still no product. There site says a label was created so instead of them trying to check into it they keep your money and make you wait yet another 10-15 days. Both times I tried to filed a claim with UPS but they never received the package so I'm screwed with that. They refuse to refund my $90. I will never order from them again and will be reporting them to the BBB and Attorney General's office because of their poor business procedures. NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!Same email I rec'd the first time but they aren't willing to do anything to help except place on order again. "Thank you for your email. We had to stop our preferred ordering plan because they kept getting rid of the things we used and needed most. My husband did well on the products for like 6 years, and he barely had any issues with his asthma during that time. But the body wash they changed too for men, was junk. My husband totally dislikes the new 3 in 1 personal care for men. They changed the toothpaste, and so many other things and they were no longer a good fit for us anymore. Their customer service reps are the best though, and they kept letting higher-ups know that we need the products they got rid of. But it didn't do any good. My husband warned them if this continued they would lose our business and we ordered over $100 a month.
