Incredible company with Values. I've been a customer for over 2 years. I love their products and love that i can all customer service with any questions. they even have a line to ask about ingredients and sourcing! I have recommmeded them to friends and family and they all love it!! Two have canceled their memberships for a few months (super easy) and come right back with the same member benefits as they had before!!
I have been using their products for over 20 years as a customer. These are high quality products for a reasonnable price (good quality is not cheap). I am 65 year old and most people give me 55 but I feel more like 45. The complete health checkup I had, did confirmed that I have absolutly zero health issue: perfect health all the way thanks to Melaleuca. I did referred a few customers (2-3) but most people wants to buy wholesale (30% discount) without having to order monthly. Reality, they can buy as the want as at Cosco, but it is just more expensive. It is not a MLM as people order directly from the manufacturer with the need for 'distributors', As for referring, it is becoming a common practice to give freebees for doing so. I think their customer service is great and the delivery fast.
I have been a member for several months and some of the products I actually did like some I didn’t unfortunately where it has now come down to me canceling my membership is because of their unethical business practices. I am very much aware of how the club works I placed an order and marked it October as it was for October And I received an email confirmation of that order now in Melaleuca took it upon themselves to place the second order, and I wouldn’t have known about that unless my mentor told me, they are legally responsible to inform the customer that an order has been placed one. It was not my back up list. It was their back up list two it was just placed today November 1 And I’m trying to get my money back they’re saying oh I’m sorry it was shipped three I don’t even have a shipping confirmation. If you log onto the website, it says the order is still being processed. This is not my first time ordering from them and it takes three days just for a shipping confirmation to come through , this is how bad they want my $200 the issue for me is not the ordering it’s the fact that they don’t see the wrong in their actions of not sending an appropriate email to the customer but they take your money. I am disgusted and disappointed, because as I said, I actually did like some of the products not everything didn’t work for me but I can’t do business with a company who sees no wrong in their actions
I have the best marketing representative! I’ve read a few reviews with customer service complains. Those folks must have lousy reps. I’ve tried a ton of products. I love all of them! My experience is that the products are better and way less expensive than store bought!

No rashes! No stuffy nose! It is fantastic. The cleaners work, the makeup , both and body and everything else really works!
