Paid for pricey overnight shipping. Plastic part with long thin right angle shaft was shipped in a bubble bag. Arrived with shaft snapped off. Complained. Forwarded pictures. Asked for replacement to be shipped in a box, but was shipped in bubble bag AGAIN! Second part also arrived damaged. One week downtime. Gave up. Purchase and shipping refunded. Don't count on them to get it right when needed overnight.
