I was caught in a strange situation with a purchase order that seemingly could not be fulfilled. Where others tried, Ionie came through and made the problem disappear! We're liking our wine cooler (now that we've recieved it), but what I truly loved was the support Ionie was able to provide. She's a gem!

Products are good as long as they work

It seems like we're part of the minority that is incredibly unhappy with Newair as of late, despite having been loyal customers for years with several Newair appliances.I'll start by saying the reps are generally kind, it that doesn't really make up for it when you've paid hundreds for a product that simply doesn't last more than a few years and then you're told effectively "sorry, there's nothing else we can do for you."We have a mini fridge that is only a few years old from Newair that, we fully built a, custom piece of furniture around because we loved the fridge that much. In the last year it started having icing over issues internally that would leak out onto our floor. After a lot of back and forth with the sales reps, we were told that it was a temp sensor. So we paid to have a replacement sensor sent to us. The shipping time was excessively long to begin with, but when we finally received it, if was entirely the wrong part. We notified Newair right away and were informed that unfortunately the correct part was actually out of stock with no known restock date but that they'd let us know when it came in.Months go by and finally we hear the part is back in stock so we again wait even longer for it to ship. The part arrived today and they shipped us the EXACT SAME INCORRECT part as before.Upon calling the company back we were informed that the part we ACTUALLY needed was no longer manufactured. Our fridge isn't even that old! They said they'd try to find the part on an old fridge in their warehouse but that if they can't locate it, we're basically up sh*t creek and there's nothing they can do for us.So first our fridge that's barely a few years old malfunctions. Then we're charged for a part that isn't even correct. Then we patiently wait months on the assumption they'd rectify it. Only to be told "you're probably out of luck." so they took our money twice, we have been without a fridge for months and there hasn't even been a secondary resolution offered.All around, this has been so disappointing that after years of spending our money with a company, that when we finally do have a problem, they effectively told us "too bad." So, when the products work, that's amazing. They're truly good prod it's. But if they stop working and you need a resolution, you'll likely get no proper product support.This has honestly been so incredibly disappointing from a brand that we repped to others, that I made social media post about (that I've now removed because I can't put my recommendation on a product with this kind of support, even less so when I'm not paid a dime to recommend them) and continued to spend my money with. Overall, they get two stars from us for the kind service agents but lose out for lack of proper product support or alternative resolutions.

Good customer service experience

Unfortunately, the item I ordered arrived damaged and could not be repaired. Laurellee in customer service was very helpful in initiating my refund and communicating what was needed to complete the process. Disappointing purchase experience but a very positive customer service one thanks to Laurellee.

Laurellee was prompt and helpful with my issue. I have an older wine cooler with a noisy internal fan. She was able to determine the correct replacement part and cost and provide me with a quote. Laurellee even provided instructions for replacing said part.
