The team was always there to answer questions, or action actionables. My request was to change the TLD host, re-register the Domain Name and set up emails only. Took a little while, but mostly due to slow responses from the old host (one of the reasons for change) while responses from Melb IT were quite timely, patient and helpful

Team persevered with my insistence on more details than initially offered and were patient to the maximum. The question / issue was resolved in a timely manner, would happily recommend them. Roni and Pavel both helped resolve it.
I had to request support from Liyana Tomeva and also Lyuboslav Asenov and they were outstanding. But that was a user issue - the interface was simple and easy to follow - I just lacked confidence mapping the fields to required information but both helped me. Fantastic work and service.
