I could not be more happy with the response and help from Za Zahra today. Put my mind at rest and know that all the scams that want you to click on a link becuase your website domain name has expired when I knew it hadnot, thank you Za Zahra. Such great service.
Over the past several days I've been trying to create and transfer a website and email. I had no clue what I was doing but thanks to the knowledgeable and patient team at Melbourne IT, everything now works. Accessibility to MelbIT is wonderful. Love that they work on a Sunday as that's the main time I have free due to running my own business. I communicated via Live Chat and they would always engage within a minute or less.
Absolute right rubbish of a company. Closed my domain without any warning then refused to reopen as they couldn’t verify my… but my name was on the accountBusiness website down and emailsMelbourne my backside, they are from Phillipines Worst company !!!!!!! Wish I could Give them a zero ratingRun away and fast !!!
This was the second time, in 14 days!Issues quickly developed and all my customers Computers lost Email Send/Receive functionality.Contacted “Technical Support” and was mucked around for a Day!I spoke to more than Six reps, one said I should call Microsoft! I am totally appalled! Then suddenly (After hours) all Email was up and functioning.Now I am warning you to GO ELSEWHERE!I’ve had it!Rod Spencer CYBERSYSTEMS IT for 30yrs
