I placed an order in October 2025 and still have not received my item. I requested a refund but have not received any guidance on how to proceed, nor have I been given a form to complete for the refund.

Avoid this service at any cost.

This service is a scam. I placed two orders, and both times they charged my credit card but never shipped the items. When I inquired about my orders' status, all I received were excuses. They claimed they were doing their best to deliver soon, but it’s been incredibly frustrating. I strongly advise against ordering from this service.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. I got scammed. Paid a significant amount for a bust of my in-laws, who recently passed. After months, it finally arrived, and it looks NOTHING like them. AVOID SENDING YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY TO THIS SERVICE!

Disappointing likeness.

I sent this service a photo of my late father to replicate, not once but three times. After a long wait, when it finally arrived, I was utterly disappointed; it looked nothing like him. I intended this as an anniversary gift for my mother, but I can't give her that. Please be cautious, as their ads only showcase good examples. When I complained, they refused to issue a refund.

Took my money and deceived me.

I ordered a 3D item for Christmas for my son, a tribute to his late father. On 11/28, I received no updates about my order... FALSE PROMISES. In short, they took my $53.00, I never got my product, and there’s no response to my emails or any contact number available. I've spent over two weeks trying to reach someone without success. I'm now hoping to get my money back and will report them to the appropriate authorities, loudly declaring that this service is a scam. PLEASE AVOID THEM.

Frustrated with the lack of updates.

I’ve been trying to track my order since I paid on November 8th, but I keep receiving the same generic responses. They keep saying they’re busy but promise I will receive my order eventually. When will that be, this year or never? I'm very disappointed and frustrated. This service has only been operating since September 2025, which should have been a red flag.

Ordered a digital portrait, still waiting.

I ordered a digital portrait of a relative from this service, which promised expedited shipping. I have a tracking number indicating the item is 'on its way,' yet the service claims it’s still processing. I've contacted them three times, and each time, they blame a backlog of orders for the delay. This is unacceptable, and I want my money back. I’ve asked for a refund twice, but they’ve ignored my requests and have become quite unhelpful.

Do not use this service! I've been waiting two months for my order. I requested an order number after payment since the website didn’t provide one, but there was no response. They couldn’t locate my order even after the payment was processed. Still no delivery. All I get are emails saying they are busy and that it takes 10 days to produce. Oddly, the product was supposedly shipped the next day... to another country. The tracking info states delivery failed. I’m now escalating this to my bank for a refund.
