I ordered two sweaters and waited six weeks, following up multiple times to get updates on my order. Eventually, I received a notification that my package had been delivered, but it never arrived. When I contacted the company, they stated they were not accountable for orders marked as delivered and advised me to ask my neighbors or reach out to the local postal service. I contacted the postal service and found out that the tracking number provided was invalid, preventing me from initiating an investigation into the package's whereabouts. Given the lengthy wait and the invalid tracking number, I feel this entire transaction was a scam.

The blouse I received was of very poor quality and did not match the size I ordered. After several unsuccessful attempts to get a refund from the company and not wanting to spend a fortune returning it overseas, I escalated the issue through my credit card provider and managed to get my money back.
Zero is the accurate rating. I rarely shop online and, like many, thought I was purchasing a quality item at a great price locally. I was mistaken! I received a poor-quality item that was overpriced and had a confusing return process. I feel foolish for not researching the company beforehand.
