Review Time
Ordered the product, it shipped and never got delivered. Emailed them and got a timely response and was told to file a claim. I filed the claim they said they would send another order at no cost. As far as I know a replacement was not shipped. Then my card was charged for the next order, which I didn’t realize was set to auto renewal. I emailed to cancel it and haven’t got a response after several emails. If you’re thinking about using this product look elsewhere. Wish I would have read the reviews first. Just stay away.
Product is decent but a shipment got lost in transit. They told me to file a claim. I filed said claim and got zero results. After trying repeatedly to contact them, I gave up. No refund no product no satisfaction. I suppose I learned a $60 lesson
** 14 JAN 2026. Edit from original post. Once I received my supplements I was on them for 2 months. At the time I didn’t feel a difference, stopped for one month and definitely noticed my energy fell off a cliff. I decided to order another round and received them within 3 days. I normally don’t write reviews and have to apologize for my comment below, so far Mars Men has held up to what they are selling and changing to 5 stars.**Far above the worst customer service ever experienced! I was charged for the first shipment, been stuck in “label created” status for a month now. Tried contacting them, got a generic AI response then they charged me for the next round. My fault there for not reading fine print but now I’m a week out and same issue, “label created” but now they went with a different carrier. The tin or pills never leave the site in Wisconsin…..
Horrible experience. My husband decided to go from monthly deliveries to 90 day deliveries. They were quick to take our money, but here we are 3 weeks after the fact and no product. Product ordered on 9/19/2025. Disputing the transaction with PayPal now, since they did not respond to the half dozen emails I sent inquiring why it was taking so long. Their response to the PayPal dispute was that it was 'in transit' and are not responsible for delays. Ridiculous response, instead of 'let me look into that for you'. Wish I had come here first to check out if they were legit. Guess I now know, they are in fact NOT legit. I just want my money back, and they are fighting me on it. So I have no product and no refund. That should tell you right there, just take your business elsewhere. Legitimate businesses handle their business. PERIOD. ******update 1/10/2025. We did finally receive a refund, we were thankful for that. Just wished the company would have been more responsive in a more timely manner.I don’t want to take away from the fact that this company may be legitimate, but because of the way the incident unfolded it was a bad experience. I did change my rating from 1 to 3 stars.
If i could rate them minus 10 I would!!! I was taking Mars Men for 3 months and seeing no real change. My doctor then advised not to be taking any type of supplements due to hypertension. I tried to cancel and they responded quickly by trying to get me to keep the subscription. I then explained it was for medical reasons that I could no longer take it. I had an order on the way that they said I could get a refund for. When I tried to do that the refund the day we received it the link was disabled. I messaged them and got no response, Feel Ripped off and decieved. BUYER BEWARE dont sign up for a subscription with them. Dont waste your time on this product. They did not deliver my order. Ordered last Sept 5, 2025. yes it has been a while! Their courier Uniuni is also involve of this bogus company. I want my refund, read my messages i have sent through the return instructions in your website.
Ever since I started taking Mars Men a few weeks ago I’ve noticed a change in my routines. And I know a change in my dietary. I have less cravings at night. I sleep better at night. Which helps me wake up with more energy. I noticed my sex life has changed quite a bit. And I can perform longer.
Great initial advertising. For me and perhaps my body chemistry, the product did not perform. I was steadfast to take it for the full 90 days accompanied with everything the training Manuel recommends from eating cleaner, balancing sleep and exercising daily. Results: I saw no change in weight and very little if any in energy. I was expecting a testosterone supplement that others said had them quit their T-shots. Not that I have ever taken any, but I read reviews of having increasing energy levels, increased libido, better sleep, better mood, and a “feeling like I’m 20 again”. I did not experience any of that. Taking 5 capsules every morning before the was gym inconvenient, As they are large capsules and I would have preferred a powder, or something that I could mix with water. I did not notice any more energy at the gym, or during my day. And no measurable gains. So at best- perhaps for me this was just a good multi-vitamin supplement with internal results that I could not see or feel. But definitely not what I expected based on the advertising and reviews on the website. For my body type and age- 46, hight 5,8”, and 190lbs… I was expecting to shed a few pounds and atleast cut up a little. But I was already working out and fairly healthy before taking mars men- so perhaps that’s why I didn’t see the big change in results? The return policy was as said- no questions asked, and although a little slow in responding since you have to do it through email on their website, the correspondence was rather quick. And of course the refund takes 7-10days, which is inconvenient but I’m glad mars men stands behind their return policy. I did also like the packaging of the product , and the extensive detail in the emailed user Manuel that came with it. I was very excited about The product but it just did not give me any measurable results. To bad there isn’t another regimens or product they recommend. Perhaps doubling the daily doses in the morning and in the evening? 1If y’all come out with something better or perhaps stronger- let me know.
Product doesn’t do anything. In fact my T went DOWN after taking these supplements. I’ve done two blood tests and can prove it. Expensive. Terrible customer service and they didn’t offer a refund or want to see my blood results. They just said best of luck. Awful company. Their site says try it or your money back and that’s absolute lie. Never again will I buy from them. Garbage.
