Just switched from Virgin which I thought was bad but if anything Sky is worse. Went into the shop in Cardiff and staff waxed lyrical about their superior offering. It's more or less the same except I get fewer free movie channels. The BB is not as reliable and the recording system is driving me nuts, record a programme scheduled for today and it keeps offering me a programme I recorded weeks ago. Very poor.

Totally useless - gave up and will not deal with Sky.
IF you do not invest in training bots then you need a back up . Sadly companies are keen on saving money do not seem to want to bother. All they care about is getting you to sign up.

I returned my equipment to Sky after cancelling my subscription - it was posted to the address given and tracked - I have had a message that they will charge my account for the equipment cost since they have not received the returns. The package has been tracked. This is just an unnecessary waste of time and adds undue stress.

Just got the new sky streaming box, I was never informed that it had no recording feature, the box glitches and turns itself off, and the interface in terrible. How on earth sky have brought this to market is a mystery, they will lose thousands of customers; I think they are moving to become an internet provider and have given up on the TV side of the business. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS USELESS PRODUCT.
That said the internet speed is great.
I now need to purchase a recording set top box.

Sky you are absolutely disgusting , we cancelled my mums broadband and sky package last April as the costs were rising. We rang them and obviously cancelled it , received a box to return the items hub and TV box . Everything sorted we thought. Until this week I checked my mums bank statements to find Sky have been taking payments from her account since last April. Absolutely shocking over £40 a month and her contact was cancelled. What the hell is wrong with you ! I have tried to ring them and was promised a call back regarding a refund, still nothing . Mum didn't cancel the direct debt herself so this made her vulnerable to them scamming her. The guy I spoke to said ' please madam don't cancel the direct debit yet " We will now be contacting her bank to one cancel the direct debit and two claim for the 7 months money you continued to take . This is theft by your absolutely disgusting company.

Completely Unsatisfactory

The service is disappointing; it fails to stream entire films despite indicating they are available. If given the chance, I would return it. The picture quality is often choppy, and there are frequent instances where programs I added are missing from my playlist. It's utterly frustrating.

Deteriorating Customer Service

As a long-time customer, I've witnessed a decline in customer service quality. Loyalty seems to mean nothing here. Each time I sought a deal available to new customers, I was told I'd need to cancel and negotiate for a fair price. The staff is often disrespectful, making you feel more like a nuisance than a valued patron. This experience is disheartening, and it's clear they don't prioritize retaining loyal customers. I'm done and will be switching to a different provider. I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking good service.
