Product doesn't do what is claimed, for me. Customer service is THE worst ever. They shorted my very 1st order & 1 month later, still don't have the shorted amount. I emailed for a refund & zero response. There are better products from companies that care, at least a little. Mars Men, ain't it!
Sleazy company to do business with. Subscription model (passé), intentionally difficult to find/cancel, crappy website with links that go nowhere/don’t load (most notably the “contact us” button), no human support. This feels like a sleazy money grab. I don’t do business with trash companies like this.
While the Mars Men product itself is decent, their customer service is terrible. They messed up my order and shorted me an entire month’s supply. Instead of fixing the issue directly, they told me to open a claim through their portal. Despite acknowledging my emails, it’s now been nearly a month with no response, no update, and no communication whatsoever.It’s extremely disappointing to be ignored after spending money on their product. Honestly, don’t waste your time—GNC offers nearly the same product for less money and without the hassle or silence.Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
