Total scam they continue to deliver product to the wrong address when I cancelled the owners video popped up wanted me to pause my shipping. I kept saying cancel well they have done nothing to refund money or stop taking money from my account. No phone number to contact them fill out the form and get a standard response they will reply within a couple days. Learning a lot about whatever products you see on any social media BUYER BEWARE!
Mars Men has been great. I've been taking it for a few months now and it has been what they advertise it to be. Total T is a lot higher. I have great energy, lift more in the gym and recovery has been very fast. I highly recommend this product and I will continue to take it. Since I've been on Mars Men I have had many compliments about my body etc. Only 5 capsules per day.
Your product made me sick my stomach and I experienced diarrhea. I stopped using the product and contacted your company several days ago to unsubscribe from your subscription plan. I had no interest in experiencing my symptoms for the recommended 90 days before the product benefited me. I no longer wish to receive your product. Others have experienced stomach issues as well. Just notified of 'order in transit'. Guess I need to take further action. I am not interested in a refund for the initial bottle, but please do not send future products and cancel my subscription. Thank you. Any product in route will be returned and credit card notified.
I ordered these and was soon prompted to “commit” and order a 90 day order. The first 30 days was delivered and have yet to receive the second as it is now more than two weeks late. I understand that it is Christmas and there may be some shipping issues, but there lack of commitment to get their product out in a timely fashion is clearly in need of work. Will likely not be buying from this company again.
I have yet to try the their product so therefore this rating is solely based on the experience. I ordered MentoMars about a week and a half ago and still have yet to receive anything. The tracking website is some overseas company “umi umi” that limits what you can see. My order was suppose to be delivered the 18th, then the 19th and now the 20th. Hard to believe. I have already cancelled my subscription due to other reviews but after reading other reviews and their experience with that process, I will update my review at a later date.
I clicked on the link for "check my order" in the email from the company so that I could stop my subscription, it takes me to their website. Then, I click on "orders" and it states that there are "no orders associated with my email! It appears to be away to make it difficult to even find an account ad then to continue to bill and send product! The only way to stop it is to do a charge back!
I believe this is a scam. Shipping is through a store called UniUni and they update the site every day to say the delivery will arrive that day. There is no one that can answer a phone (or even a phone number to call). I’ve asked for my money back and got crickets.BUYER BEWARE
