Frustrating Start

Initially, I ordered one sleeve. When I was offered a discount for purchasing three, I agreed. However, I was charged for both instead of just the upgrade as promised. It also suggested I had a subscription, which I never signed up for. There’s no phone number to call, just an email, making me anxious about the cancellation process for a subscription I didn't authorize. I was excited to try the product, and if I liked it, I would have continued. This is quite disheartening from the outset.

Disappointing Experience

I had my T levels checked before starting, followed the recommended dosage for three months, and had them checked again with no improvements. I emailed to cancel my subscription but was charged for another shipment. I requested to cancel it and receive a credit, but they declined. The product didn’t ship for three days after my cancellation request, yet they still refused to process a return or refund. Don't waste your money; customer service was terrible. Update: After posting this, they issued a refund.
