I made an initial purchase of a 60 day trial. After that mars men continued to bill me after the fact without my approval. Mars men has now billed me for a total of $396 after I have sent them multiple emails to cancel and give me a refund. I Never approved of a recurring payment. I am now having to report it with my bank and get a new card.The contact for Mars men is by email only. They have no phone number listed and they have not gotten back to me with any real response. I’m lead to believe that this company just wants your money and they have terrible customer support!
I'm 47, and feeling better than I have in a long time. I have more energy and have been working out again. My joints are even feeling better, making me move more and more. There's more concentration and dedication to what ever I'm working on, giving me a better attitude. Its only been a week but I do see the benefits already.
The product may work for you but didn't work for me, I honestly felt zero difference on it and took it for the full three months.The worst part is their customer service - absolutely terrible. The 90 day guarantee is complete BS and when they shipped me months 4 and 5 after I asked to not receive them - they denied my return. No reason why - the packages are unopened - just said "nope" online and that was it. Do not buy from them.
Buyer Beware, this is snake oil; no difference after one month.Worse yet, when you go to order it and check off ONE MONTH, their site conveniently changes (I screen shot it) to subscription. Getting them to respond via email is next to impossible. Because I disputed the 2nd charge to my CC, my bank made them eat the full charge and I got a refund.If you see their ads on social media, be sure to make it as scam/fraud.
I have a monthly subscription and I had a package that was supposed to arrive on September 20th a an it has still not arrived. I also have been ignored in the last 2 messages I have sent to support and not been responded to since September 29th. The courier said a delivery failed when they were able to deliver it multiple times with no issues.The product was actually working for me as well which is very frustrating.Seems very scammy now and will be cancelling unfortunately.
Snake Oil. Experienced ZERO benefits. Sent multiple emails about a refund. Only AFTER I filed a dispute with my bank, did they respond. Then that hit my card again and shipped another batch of the crap! I'm filing another dispute with my bank and filing complaints with the Texas Attorney General.
