What a fantastic company

What a fantastic company! I placed my order on their website but I forgot to select the color Sage Green vs Onyx. Their site was so easy to navigate that I was able to email customer service instantly. Mario responded with the kindest encouragement that he would do everything they could to intercept & correct my mistake. Not only was he able to correct my order, he kept me informed!

The product wasn't as efficient as I thought.

One of the best Trimmers on the market

I love the trimmer but, my usb cord isn't working to charge the trimmer or the base. I m not sure what changed. I have tried different USB-C cords but to no avail. It has only be 3 months since I purchased the trimmer and I want to keep using it but I won't be able to once the unit dies and for that, I rate the trimmer as a whole 2 stars.Edited 11/14/22Operator error. I'll spare everyone the details, but just know that the trimmer is amazing and everything works.
