I watched a lot of reviews on the original Meridian Trimmer along with many other below the belt body trimmers. The Meridian had the safest cutting reviews of all them that I saw. When I decided to order I saw The Trimmer Plus by Meridian new on the market. It was a no brainer to get the latest model. I bought the beautiful Ocean Blue model. 💙💦I have used this Trimmer twice now on my entire body. Legs get trimmed partial. Chest, back, arms and privates are completely done. The experience is amazing 👏 🙌. I personally prefer to have the guard all the way off. I find it cuts better like that and so did my wife while trimming my back. I never felt I even came remotely close to cutting myself. I mean use common sense and watch your folds and such. Seriously amazing, comfortable and very quiet experience. I used it both in and out of the tub with a great experience both times.Speaking of comfortable it feels amazing in the hand. It is a nice soft grip that never feels like you are going to slip even with wet hands. The Trimmer Plus was smaller than I expected but that is a positive for me as it fits perfectly in my hand.The packaging was well presented to show care and quality at every corner 👏. The only thing that I really felt needs improvement is the charging stand. It's a sharp looking stand and the unit looks great in it. However as I had read before buying this that the Trimmer Plus does not sit flush inside of it as I can confirm. I also felt the charging base was too light and thus easy to tip over. That said, I bought this for a safe a beautiful trimming experience that I can expect each and every time. That's why I am still giving this five full stars 🌟. I am hopeful for a long life from this unit.I can honestly say from the moment this touched my skin I knew my money was well spent. Cuts and nicks on my delicates are a thing of the past. I am a 100% satisfied customer and the only thing I will be receiving for this review is the satisfaction of knowing that maybe I helped someone make a good decision.
It's pretty odd that this trimmer just suddenly stopped working just a little bit after one year of use. They are selling two different protection packages: 1 year and 3 years. It seems to me that they are also selling two different trimmers: the one that works just a little over a year and another one that works longer. I won't buy from them anymore and would not recommend.
In the previous shipment, the spray bottles leaked and all the packaging and the liquid were also visible in the photo I sent you, you immediately informed me that you would send me 2 spray bottles and I did receive them packed in an anti-squeezing bag and for that I thank you and for your attention because your service consciousness proves that you deserve all the appreciation.
I do not usually write reviews about companies (actually only whenever i am really happy about a certain product or the complete opposite).In the case of Meridian, not only the product exactly delivers on its promises but the customer service also goes above and beyond to ensure consumer satisfaction and that is great!
The products were great, high quality, and worked well. However, the shipping is very slow. I selected the free 3-7 day shipping option, which is already a longer wait than most companies, but the package came after 9 days. I also received a faulty item but customer service was quick to answer me and replace it for free. They also helped answer some questions that I had and were good at explaining them.
I bought my trimmers less than four months ago and something appears to have shorted out in them. They shut off in the middle of trimming my beard, although they still had a bar left on the battery indicator. I turned them on and they wouldn’t turn back off until they finally died. They wouldn’t turn back on after this all happened. I have been so stressed out thinking I would have to buy a whole new pair (they’re a bit costly for me personally), but after speaking with Mario I learned of their 1-year warranty.
