At first I knew that due to the pandemic process, the package would be delayed. But I wait for the time corresponding to the delivery and did not see any update. So I contacted customer service by email. They were very attentive and due to the process of the pandemic they asked me to wait a little longer otherwise I could contact them again.I wait the time they ask me and when I contacted again due no update in UPS or USPS they made a second delivery with free shipment because my address was the same as always and they did not have any different.
