Very bad experience so far.I ordered my clipper from them since the 10th of August no order number, no shipping update, no response to my emails…Very horrible customer service and already a very very bad experience with this company.Buyers beware!!!!!!!Edit:I have finally been contacted after 17 days from making my order with a tracking number and order reference code with an apology.Still, this is very bad customer service on itself and to be fair, I am now weary about the product.
After purchasing the 'The Complete Package' with express shipping, I was expecting to receive a digital receipt/order confirmation email in my inbox. Three days go by, nothing...I email their customer support, a bot replies with an auto-response email from Meridian about my shipping address being incorrect. I send back the correct shipping address, and I wait two days before I get a reply. The agent tells me my shipping address is incorrect again, even though I've provided all the correct details. It's been 7 days, and my order has still not been shipped out. The Meridian customer support either doesn't reply, or the customer (YOU) must follow up with them in regards to everything. Very dissatisfied with the below-average customer service experience (the average waiting time for a reply is 2 days).Edit: Requested a refund via email twice, as my order hasn't been shipped yet due to an ongoing zip-code issue, still haven't heard back.
I am very please with both the trimmer and the customer service. My package arrived damaged and the included spray was completely empty due to a loose cap. I notified customer service and they rectified the situation promptly and with a great attitude. My experience with the trimmer has been exceptional. It is as advertised and provides a very comfortable trim. No tugs or snags. Overall would highly recommend both from a product and customer support perspective.
Fantastic customer service and fantastic products. The trimmer itself is wonderful. It shaves so close with zero irritation and the spray smells amazing. I order some replacement blades directly from the website and when the package arrived, I noticed that one was missing. I emailed them to let them know and within 6 hours I had received an email from them apologizing for the inconvenience and a tracking number for the replacement. Top notch customer service. Will definitely be recommending them to anybody looking for a trimmer.
