I had a slight issue with my original order (No fault of Merryhill Mushrooms whatsoever, my order was stolen after it was delivered to my front door).I placed a second order, and explain the unfortunate situation with the original order, Kieran was extremely quick to respond to my email (within minutes) and generously agreed to replace my lost order at no extra charge!After prepping the logs, they soon began to produce a vast quantity of mushrooms! Fantastic quality and a bumper harvest at a great price! Thanks so much, highly recommend!
These kits are fantastic. Got 2 for Christmas and I started one before the other. The chestnut mushroom first, then the white mushrooms second. I have had 4 decent yields from the chestnut mushroom box and I’m on the second yield on the white mushrooms. I’ve never tasted such delicious mushrooms. They’re so straight forward to grow, you can’t go wrong. And if you need any advice you get a reply immediately. My days of mushrooms from the supermarket are gone! Thank you for such a wonderful product
Just received my mushroom growing kit , can’t believe how easy this is to grow great mushrooms had a lion mane one first and got a really good crop of it, now just received my Shitake kitFollowed instructions and can’t believe how many mushrooms are growing in just four days, can’t wait to eat them
I got kits from here for a few people as Christmas presents and also decided to get one for myself. Started mine after Christmas and got 5 mushrooms in the first harvest, which is when I realised that I had not been watering them enough! After I read the instruction again and watered the kit properly, I got 20+ mushrooms in the second harvest! Really looking forward to seeing how the rest of the harvests go. At the same time, I decided to get some for my bother for his birthday. Unfortunately there was some issue with the delivery. I had raised an enquiry as soon as we knew of the issue. They have been absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to get this resolved. The parcel was delivered the next morning and I was very thankful for the help and amazing customer service that was provided!
If I could give it minus numbers I would. Contacted customer support because the mushrooms weren't growing eventhough I followed their instructions to a tee. They decided to insult my intelligence, tell me I can't read eventhough I followed THEIR instructions, and tried to persuade me they know more about my house then I do after living here for 30 years. Don't bother.
