The information is well presented and what I have learned has helped me improve my Hashimoto’s to where I’m almost completely off of prescription thyroid medication without lowering my calories. I haven’t felt this good in years. I’ve also been able to better serve my clients by being able to look at lab results and find underlying causes rather than guessing or relying on macros alone. The community is also very helpful because I can ask questions and get feedback from my instructors as well. They offer live trainings that gives better information on topics that are trending. I can’t recommend it enough.
