The item arrived weeks later and had poor-quality stitching. I was offered a 15% refund for a subpar product, with claims that returning it internationally would be costly and complicated, and I would have to pay for shipping. I am in the UK and purchased from a local seller.
This was probably one of my quickest packages to come. I sadly missed the delivery, but they came back the next day which was amazing!! The packaging was perfect, my bag was protected from any scratches or damages that were potentially able to happen. It wasn’t hard to open it. I genuinely loved how the service was and haven’t been getting good service from other places. Will be buying from y’all from now on! Took me a while to find the bag that I got. I looked for it for more than 2 years, and found it on here! And it was on sale so that was a bonus!! Can’t wait to wear my bag!!! Thank you Mewe London!
