Scam!!!!!!!!! Rubbish product. Do not make a mistake of patronising them. Website looks good but its all a scam!!! My blazer was low quality, thread seams here and there, material was flimsy. What I ordered was a nice structured blazer but I got rubbish. And they don't want to refund, claiming international shipping fees for a London based company!!! It's all a scam.
I spent £100 on two jumpsuits that are nice but unfortunately don’t fit right. I’m attempting to return them, but it requires emailing to obtain the return address. I've sent three emails over the past 10 days without any replies. I also tried calling the provided phone number, but it says the number does not exist! It feels like I’m being completely scammed. If anyone from the company sees this, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue! My next step will be to contact trading standards and consumer affairs editors. I can see from other reviews that I’m not alone in experiencing this problem! Any guidance on how to return items would be appreciated.

I'm not willing to risk an international return. Their latest reply was even worse; they stated they wouldn't be responsible if the package got lost since I sent it to the London address. They seem to be looking for any reason to deny my refund. I'm extremely frustrated and will escalate this if I don’t receive my money back. I advise anyone thinking of purchasing from them to be cautious, especially regarding returns; their website may look appealing, but the experience is a nightmare!

When I contacted customer service, they told me I would have to cover the return shipping costs since the items sent may not match what was shown online. They suggested it would be costly to return, and the refund could take up to 21 days or longer, so they offered a 15% refund instead. We're now going back and forth in emails, and even though their offer has increased to 40%, I just want to return the item without paying for shipping since it's not what I ordered. The items ship from overseas, so don’t assume this is a local company.
I ordered jeans that took four weeks to arrive, and when they finally did, they were comically oversized. I requested a refund, but the return policy is a challenge. The back-and-forth over discounts has been exhausting, and after 12 emails, I still don’t have the return address. I cannot recommend this service.
