Mia Belle Girls shipped the incorrect clothing size (Order #L53303). Despite providing photo evidence multiple times, they refused a refund or replacement unless I returned the incorrect item (under $20) within 30 days, requiring me to print their USPS label and provide my own packaging. This placed the burden of their error on me. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they doubled down. This level of poor customer service, coupled with questionable clothing quality (another shirt caused a rash), is unacceptable and something I haven't experienced with competitors. Do not recommend.

The Better Business Bureau has received hundreds of complaints about this company. They say their shipping partner facility never gets the merchandise to USPS. You never get the order and the company never answers your requests for information and help with the purchase. Exactly what happened to me.
