I said I was going to give this company one more chance to communicate but after reading the other recent reviews I see the urgency in letting future customers know that may experience difficulty in recieving merchandise or getting your money back from Mia Belle. As others have mentioned, I also placed an order almost month ago with ZERO COMMUNICATION that there was going to be delays in shipping. When I reached out a week ago to the customer service contact to let them know I haven't received my order or any info concerning my order, it did warn me that due to a "high volume of emails" it was going to take 2 to 3 days for the company to respond. It has been almost a week since I sent the first email and still ZERO RESPONSE! This morning I received notification that 2 of my 4 pieces have finally shipped but the tracking doesn't work at all - even to say label created. I will try it again later but it feels like someone finally stumbled upon one of emails and just said oops my bad I better get on this order. I repeat still no response to apologize and assure me that I will get my order or be refunded. I see a company that can't handle what they have been handed in orders or maybe they just don't care. I am really worried I will NOT see the merchandise or my money back so PLEASE research carefully before ordering from this company especially if you are spending substantial money. When several reviews complain of the same practice from a company that suggest there is definitely a problem.

They have cheaply made clothes that are overcharged. I spent over $300 on their clothes, the most of them was not worth their price. I sent them back, they received is on Sept 6th, today is Sept 14th. I have not received my refund on four items.
