Review Time
I have been a loyal customer of Mia Belle for many years and spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on their clothing for my girls. Sadly, the quality has really gone down hill. After just one wash the clothing looks years old and raggy. It's also not always as pictured, especially the shoes. My biggest issue is the HORRIBLE customer service. They cannot be bothered with you! You are treated like absolute garbage! I placed an order on 9/3/24 for 2 Halloween costumes and all their accessories and it was a big order. The website stated, "SHIPS NEXT DAY." After almost 3 weeks waiting I emailed customer service inquiring about my order and was told it was delayed and will arrive soon. I had a scheduled photo shoot and needed the costumes and only ordered them due to their "SHIPS NEXT DAY" advertisement. I asked for my order to be cancelled as I now had to order elsewhere and was told it couldn't be cancelled and I can return it when it arrives. After SEVEN WEEKS the items came. I returned immediately and eventually they issued me a gift card. Refused to refund my original payment method. I have spent the last MONTH trying to get help. They have no phone numbers at all. DOZENS of emails go unanswered and the facebook messages are a joke. This company is awful and lost a very loyal customer. I write this review to warn everyone so no one ever has to go through what I have. Shame on this company! Lastly, wanted to mention how sad their shipping is. I ordered two pairs of $70 boots that were put loose in a plastic bag (no padding/tissue/boxes etc) all wrapped up with yellow packaging tape. The boots were all beat up and damaged. You wait WEEKS for items for that arrival! Do not waste your time with this company and find one that actually values their customers!

I ordered dress and hat for a pagaent. We recieved the dress, poorly packaged, It had a stain on shirt but was able to get it out, it looked like make up so I assume it was a return. I don't have time to return for exchange so I dealt with it. The hat, an actual important part of the outfit for us, was no where in package. I emailed about the hat, which on the site, stated pending shipping, (I purchased these items 11 days ago, we need them for this Friday). I sent an email saying I didn't recieve the hat and I wanted a refund because I now had to go looking for another, and could not use this one any longer. I also noted that at no time was anything communited with me about a delay or well anything really. They responded the following day, today, with "it's in the shipping stages so I can't do anything about it, accept the package and ask for a refund", mind you, they don't accept refunds on hats. I saw the shipping update was made right after they sent the email, and it said the shipping label had been created and was pending pick up. I called THEIR local post office, who explained that the shipper has the package and that it would update immediately once they had it. I wrote her back and explained what I learned, and that I would be four hours away when it arrived, again, we would no longer need it. I also asked why they had shipped it when I already stated that it would arrive too late, that I already stated I wanted a refund, and I would not be anywhere to accept that package. I also asked why they shipped it before asking me about making their mistake right by overnighting the package, which I would have found acceptable. Their customer service is HORRENDOUS. The dress is cute but again, arrived stained by someone's possible foundation, concealer or something. As someone who spends a LOT on this type of clothing for kids, they lost a LOT of business by lying, not communicating, and having over all bad business practices. I have yet to get a response from the email I sent that stated that i called the post office, and still right this second, they still have the package in their possession. I assume they are waiting to respond after post office picks it up so they can be like oops! But thats ok,that's exactly the reason i record all of my calls and do business in writing. Do NOT trust them with any event you need clothes for. Expect to pay full price for possibly second hand clothes, and expect poor business practices across the board. In this day and age it is way too easy to find a business that does exactly what you do. How you treat your customer is how you succeed. Reply to their response:What is crazy is they still have not responded to my email ( today is 09/07 email was sent 09/03/24), and now are denying I even ordered... my order number is L38392 What's crazier is that this situation isn't unique enough to stand out to them as an issue that they have recently dealt with! Also, even though my name is spelled right here before them, they still cannot manage to spell it correctly. Maybe lack of attention to detail is a problem for them ass well. After they LIED and said it was already shipped, USPS STILL doesn't have the package, today, 4 days later, tomorrow is Sunday...also they have offered no refund, reconciliation, or communication. I am contacting the attorney general and BBB regarding this business.
