I ordered an angel, princess-unicorn Halloween costume for my granddaughter in September. I have ordered from this company before; however, my last two orders have been unsatisfactory. The clothes that said size 3T were actually too big and seemed to fit a toddler wearing a 5 T. The order for Halloween mentioned above did not reach me until October & when it did, it was the wrong order. When I looked on the website, it said the order was sold out. That is when my problems with this company began. One, I was unable to reach them via any communication; Two, I then had to dispute the item with my bank. Once I did that; the company emailed me a return postage. I returned the item to get my full refund; however, the company contacted my bank claiming I received the correct order & closed my dispute. Now, not only am I out of $75, I don’t even have the incorrect order that was mailed to me since I returned it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD.

DO NOT SHOP THE WITH THIS COMPANY! WORST EXPERIENCE! I ordered a costume on 9/5 which was supposed to arrive 10/4. I had checked the tracking and had seen no progress so I emailed the company. Several times because I had gotten no response. I even found a phone number. I tried that as well and left a message again several times because I had gotten no response. I finally sent a message on Instagram where I actually received a response. The response however was I would not be receiving the costume until Halloween. A costume I ordered in the beginning of September and was supposed to receive by October 4. They seem very laxed days ago about the lack of customer service, and the fact that there was a delivery date for the beginning of October. I stress the fact that this would not work because my daughter’s first Halloween party is October 12. They really could care less and one size started questioning why I was not receiving it by the date specified on the order they stopped responding to me. I finally received an email again, very lax of days ago and on caring about the fact that a seven-year-old was excited about this costume and now would not be receiving it in time. Their commentary of rest assured you’ll get it by Halloween. And can I help you with anything else. Why you haven’t helped me with anything to begin with since I was promised a date and now you’re talking about basically a month later. I asked for a full refund and now I have not received any type of response. They have ruined my daughters Halloween.

I ordered a matching outfit for me and my daughter. I saw on their website it said free returns. I received the goods. I did not like the way it fit on me or my daughter. I started the return process, they sent me a label. Great. I put it in the bag and sent it on its way. A few days later, I went to track the package and it says they received the goods. I emailed them asking when will I be getting a refund on my credit card. NO RESPONSE. I then decided to check the status on the website.. I logged in and it says "ineligible for a refund" I just called my credit card company - it is now in a dispute. I will not be paying them. This seems like a SCAM. Do NOT BUY FROM THEM.
