The delivery and email customer service are incredibly awful. I expect it to be processed and labeled after almost two weeks after you e made the purchase and then wait another week for it to arrive, that’s what you’ll get. shien ships faster than they do and that’s sad.

If I could give them a negative 10 I would. They were absolutely AWFUL when trying to do a return/refund/store credit. I was within the timeline and then they tried to change it all up and make accusations that the items were worn - They said the items had dog hair on them!! We don't even own dogs. And we have not been to the snow. They never left my home and they simply didn't fit my children. I cannot believe these owners would allow false accusations on a customer. I would have been a customer for life and now I will spend my time giving reviews of my experience. Oh, and they have NO customer service phone number to call so they can hide behind a computer screen and tell all their customers that they are liars. DISGUSTING - WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
Horrible customer service. I placed an order of November 14th and still can't find out the status of my order. I reached out to their customer service twice, sent a note on their Instagram, and sent a note on the owners Instagram too. Also, I made a typo on the shipping address and couldn't get any response to change the address.
customer service sucks. i ordered some hats, one week later they hadn’t even processed my order, and when i emailed asking why they sent a sassy reply back. Two and a half weeks later they finally processed my order, i was hoping to get it by vacation…when I mentioned this in the email they seemed to care less. it’s a shame because i like their products, but i will not be shopping from them again.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses for my son and had to exchange them for a different size. What should’ve been a simple return and replacement process quickly became a drawn-out mess due to a total lack of communication from the BinkyBro team.I submitted my return on July 11 and followed up multiple times because I never received confirmation that the return had been received or that a replacement was being processed. No status updates. No proactive outreach. Just silence. It wasn’t until I happened to notice a shipment email that I realized they sent a replacement order without any prior notice—over two weeks later, with zero acknowledgment of my request for a refund instead of an exchange.To make matters worse, I had clearly stated that these items were needed before an upcoming trip on July 31st. Given their ongoing reliance on USPS and my previous experience with delays, I have no confidence the order will even arrive on time. My wife also placed a separate order with them and it’s been over a week and a half with no sign of delivery. It’s become clear this is a pattern—not a one-off.Customer service? Nonexistent. You are forced to chase them for basic answers and still walk away with nothing but automated emails or vague shipping notices after long delays. At no point did they take ownership or show any urgency to fix the issue or refund my purchase.This brand may have nice products, but the operational side is shockingly unprofessional. Slow fulfillment, terrible response times, and zero accountability. It’s not worth the stress or time.I won’t be ordering from BinkyBro again, and I’d strongly caution other customers—especially if you’re on a timeline or expect even basic customer service.
This review is based on my ordering/ receiving experience more than the actual product. A few months ago when I placed my first order with Binky Bro, I contacted them a week after ordering asking why my item had not yet shipped. They told me that they had some technical problems so orders were going out slower than usual. I ended up getting my order almost 2 weeks after it was placed. Last week I placed my second order. It has been 5 days and again my order has not shipped. Clearly the first time’s excuse for slow shipping was a lie and slow product fulfillment is their policy. I would advise anyone who hopes to get their kids swim trunks relatively quickly, this is NOT the website for you. You will be waiting a LONG TIME. This company takes a week or more just to package and ship your items. Then you’re waiting on shipping as well. Truly the SLOWEST company I have ever dealt with. ☹️
After reading the other reviews on customer service and shipping I can see I was given the same excuses as other customers and on different occasions. I wish i had read reviews before placing an order. I placed my order on 7/11, mind you this was a gift. I still have yet to have it fulfilled. I’ve emailed twice and received the same responses. They have great stuff for my son but if I can’t utilize the stuff on time no point.
Shipping is verrrry slow. Ordered a week ago and there’s not yet tracking or anything. I emailed because I need it soon and it’s a gift. No response. There’s no other way to contact the company but so far very disappointed with the customer service.
