Although the delivery took longer than anticipated, it ended up shipping and arriving a week ahead of schedule. It fits a bit snugly around the chest and neck, which could be an issue for those with broader shoulders. However, the quality is excellent, and the wig and bow clip easily onto your hair. I will likely place another order.

I placed a preorder for a cosplay in September and another in November. Neither has been shipped yet, despite the first order indicating a ship date of November 24th and arrival by December 1st. It is now December 14th, well past the estimated delivery, and it still shows as processing. I've emailed multiple times, even including a photo of the delivery summary and ETA, and have yet to receive a response from either email or social media. These cosplays are expensive and were meant as gifts. This experience has made me hesitant to order again. I genuinely want to know when I will receive my first order and hope this won't happen with the second.
The clothing isn't as nice given the amount spent; the material alone isn't worth it. I have a short torso and ordered the correct size, but it’s loose on top and tight at the bottom. Unfortunately, I really dislike the dress and can't wear it. I purchased the black Santa dress.
