Review Time
I was happy with the service until I had an issue (related to unable to check out to add new service). First of all, no phone number to call. Second, no one was EVER available to Live Chat (I tried during the posted business hours multiple times). So I sent email on April 8 and I got a reply about 10 days later. During that time, I tried to "message" support which I was getting some very delayed responses but at the end, no resolution. I am moving ALL my domain and email hosting from them. Any service provider who can not even answer my inquiries in the timely manner does not deserve my money.
Daniel N. was very, very patient and helpful as I adjusted to a new system of unlocking my FTP and knowing my new hostname. He is a keeper and would likely be great at training others to work as well as him. I look forward to continuing to work with your company. God bless you all.
The staff responded quickly to my ticket, asked a few relevant questions, tried out a solution that didn't work, asked some more questions and then told me they would work on a solution. Within an hour the problem was solved. Very happy about the promptness of the service and that the problem was solved
Daniel took an on-going situation that I had emailed support about several times, that had been going on since September and had negatively affected my business - and in less than two days fixed it - he went over and above and I'm very, VERY grateful!
I have been a Midphase customer fo 16 yrs for web and email hosting. Sincer making changes to their system I have not been able to log into my acct or send or receive emails. This has killed my business. The only way to attempt to reach support is by starting a ticket which goes no where. They have abandoned their phone support and they do not respond to email inquiries other than the initial auto-confirmation email. They are still charging my credit card however while they hold my domain hostage. Do yourself a favor and use a company that yruely cares about custpmer service, because even after being a loyal customer for 16 yrs they couldn't care less.
