Review Time
I've been using Midphase for over 15 years. Two accounts, one a reseller hosting service, the other and business website. Until recently, Midphase has always been top notch. Quick to answer support tickets, easy to reach via telephone but clearly something happened, I am guessing change of ownership. They suddenly migrated my business account and hosed my password protected directory access. Over 20 years and THOUSANDS of user ID and passwords suddenly dont work. They completely did away with cPanel going with some useless proprietary account management tool. all emails stopped working. Now, 6 months later, they have done the same thing to my reseller hosting account. Midphase is a complete waste of time and a joke of a service. DO yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Dont even bother with this joke of a company.
I had to pursue the issues a little more than anticipated to complete the complexity of resolution to my billing problem. The factor that limits my review of the experience as almost 5 Star was I sent an email to the billing department which was not acknowledged received or acted upon. However my problem was resolved today via live chat with a billing agent.
I had a little difficulty finding out where to install my renewed SSL certificate and opened a Support Ticket, asking if the team could take care of it for me. Within less than 24 hours, I received an email saying it had been installed -- perfect!
