I've experienced nearly every community platform out there, and Mighty Networks isn't just better, it's the only platform that actually works for what I need to build The Well Lab.My members find each other effortlessly, and the Mighty platform makes peer support natural - based on location, shared interests, and the specific challenges they're facing—not just whoever shouts loudest in a feed. For nonprofit leaders doing the vulnerable work of succession planning and leadership transitions, this kind of intentional connection is everything.The impact is for my business is also real. The platform is genuinely intuitive—my team doesn't have to spend hours figuring out workarounds or navigating a clunky interface AND I'm able to build out multiple Spaces (under one umbrella) for different subsets of the community we are building together. The Mighty features that matter most to me include (but aren't limited to): Spaces for focused work, member discovery tools that actually function, purposeful content delivery (oh how I love the Courses plan!), and admin controls / tech and features support that actually make the BTS of online community building, joyful. The Well Lab exists because Mighty makes it possible to build something substantial and sustainable. Forever a Mighty fan!
I've been having a great experience with Mighty. I love how flexible the platform is and how deep I can get into the design, the spaces, the collections, and member gateways. My business has several tiers of service and I've been looking for a way to simplify the pipelines and just get my clients where they need to be without a ton of technical hand-holding on my part. It's clear that Mighty has thought this platform through and is very focused on user experience. Loving it.
Liked it so much I bought a SECOND membership package !! It is the best membership platform and makes my job easy communicating with my people. The people at Mighty also work so hard constantly improving the system and releasing new features. I thoroughly recommend it.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MIGHTYWorked hard creating a network called Netface yes we dont have a paid version but we were about to purchase one this morning only to be met with this message below UK Online Safety Act UpdateUpdated over 3 months agoTo comply with the United Kingdom's Online Safety Act, Mighty Networks on unpaid plans are no longer accessible for Hosts and members within the UK.Mighty Networks on the Community plan and up have access to moderation filters, and remain accessible. Hosts within the UK interested in updating their plan can No warning to us nothing so my advice to you is to find a company that actually care for all their customes not just the ones that give them money we certuainly wont be back and will build our own script with a social network which yes we can do as well.

Mighty Networks is one of the first companies I have ever used that delivered more than what they claimed. I would have a hard time believing in People Magic except I have seen it working over and over. Mighty facilitates this with strategic and ethical use of technology and the best support team I have ever seen.
The customer service is non-existent. The group sessions are brief and do not address any real problems you may encounter, and there are problems! glitches in the A.I. system, and humans that respond days later not addressing your major issues. For someone who is not tech savey it can be a night mare. Plus the plans are very limited unless you move to the higher costly plans which make it difficult for those just starting out. Just an update people did reach out to me for a brief while and even the experts could not figure out their faulty system. I felt gaslighted and they kept telling me that AI is often pyschotic because I spent hours trying to get answers from thei A! C0 host who sent me always on a wild goose chase. I thought I was just not tech savey until I swtiched plafroms and realized Mighty Networks is all hype and promotion of how to make a million a year but do solid foundation and no customer support!
I love your network..But what the!!!!! did you just do with new updates!!!I the network I am member they post tone off videos every week and before I would put ❤️ under the video I already watched. Now you change it to all this emotion s.. what is great but totally destroyed my system. I have no clue what I watched already and what not!!!! VERY PISSED OFF
I went for the trial (30 days) and they went ahead and charged my account on the second day in. Furthermore, I canceled the trial and they still charged my account. Beware too as they go under different names. I want my refund.
