Very happy with the purchase. The only thing Miinto should do better is providing more (proper) details on all the products. This is even more important on pre-owned items as most lack proper info. and good, clear pictures. Some are even posted with only 1 tiny picture. I would never buy pre-owned without proper description and pictures. This is actually one reason I never buy pre-owned from Miinto - plus, the prices are a bit high for pre-owned compared to other sources. Apart from that, very happy with Miinto, and there are some good deals to find on new products. Fast shipping as well!
Great service!I have been in contact with Miintos customer service on some occasions, and every time, including this last time, the service was great. They find solutions, follow up the problem, and give regular updates. The best online service i have experienced!
