Review Time
I had to return some docs. Been waiting for a confirmation that the products have been returned back, but no update. Had a conversation with Robert in the chat and got really good service. I showed him all my receipts about my orders and there was a problem with the delivery return.. so he has managed to contact the shop to ask them to process the return as soon as possible. Hope everything will go through perfect.
I placed an order last week but had forgotten to use a discount code I had. Contacted customer service and there was no problem to apply the code. Saved almost 2000 kr :=) Miinto offers great variety and many designers not available elsewhere in Norway, but the pictures could be better. Delivery options could be better. That's why I'm only giving four stars.
It took a long time before the product was delivered. Miinto apologised for it, but still sent me an email asking if I was happy with my shopping experience. Based on this (that they ask if I am happy with something they have not delivered) I give them 1 star.---Update! Miinto contacted me right after this review and sorted this out in a very nice manner. I have therefore changed the rating to five stars, and I am now a happy customer.
