Review Time
I ordered a shirt for my husband's birthday. Over $50.00 the shirt was used (tags cut out, no size shown). It was way too small. I contacted them for a replacement. They will not pay for returning it, and are trying to negotiate me keeping it for a discount. So, they sent me a USED shirt, and want me to pay to send it back. Oh, yes. Also, out of country.
I bought a jacket this month from Milanolegacy. (Order ML43184) It arrived and the fabric feels like paper, sewn terribly and the label was cut out! What crap this site is selling! I paid $ 76 for this piece of junk. The company also has a very bad return policy also. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS FIRM. Fancy website with crappy quality products & service.
I ordered a sweater Marco Biachi Patch Work Cardigan Sweater. They sent a completely diffrent sweater that was supposed to be XL but fit like a Med-Large. I contacted customer support basically they told me I would have to pay to send sweater back to China, or keep it, and they will goive me 30% off my next order. (LOL). It's a scam, cheap material, they send you whatever they can find on their warehouse floor let over then see if you want to try them again? AKA as the Lucy Football trick with Charlie Brown. "I choose not to be a Block Head!" You should too, but feel free to pay top dollar for a garbage scheme. Lesson learned again, ALWAYS CHECK ONLINE REVIEWS OF THESE YOUUBE AD SITES.
The shirt I purchased for my husband is so thin, even through 2 layers it's still transparent. Very poor quality! It took 3 weeks to arrive, which was the day after the event for which I ordered it. The return process to China looks dodgy and isn't worth all the effort.
It is a scam company...The merchandise is not what is shown in their on-line pics. Inferior quality. The cardigan sweaters had buttons but no holes to button it...it was just for show on the outside. In addition, if you want to return or exchange anything you have to ship it back to CHINA and they will not provide you with a U.S. address. Their phone number is also not in service. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Absolutely Stay Away!!! I ignorantly ordered $200 worth of apparel for my husband. The items were poor quality and extremely small. When I contacted them to return them I received 2 emails saying I could get a big discount if I reordered in a bigger size, because they said they have a lengthy return process!! I explained that even a bigger size would be too small. I never received another email or refund. STAY AWAY!!
