I ordered a coat that was supposed to be a mens large, but was, at best, a children's large. I tried to exchange it or get my money back, but was told it would cost me more to return it and that I should order another coat at a discount – this time they would get the size right. Decided to cut my losses. I wish Google could prevent sites like this from popping up, but shame on me for not doing more homework.
The things I purchased I really loved. However I ordered the size 2xl. I usually wear a U.S. XLThe 2XL was still to small. I’ve been waiting for a return authorization to exchange for the next size. I truly love the items I purchased and would love to have the larger size.
DO NOT PURCHASE. Everything is fromchina and NOTHING like the pictures. The “wool” coat is made of child arts & craft felt. The raincoat is a dollar tree poncho. And the trenchcoat arm length barely passed my elbows. Seriously. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, it is all a scam. And you can’t return your items either because shipping back to China will cost you hundreds.
The only reason I added one star was because it wouldn’t allow me to give it ZERO stars. The fabric is nothing like the photo, the material is almost like fleece. I’m going to wear this as a robe and believe me, I would rather throw it out because I wouldn’t give it to my worst enemy. I blocked them from my emails.
