What a scam! They advertise real fancy stuff but when you actually receive the item it's nowhere close to the picture you saw in their website! I ordered a pair of hiker shorts and when I received it it was a cheap imitation! They charged me $54 plus shipping. Thank god it was a small amount but I am never shopping there again. BTW I threw the shorts in the trash!!
This company is a complete scam, I spent$250 and ordered 5 items on June 9th after a few weeks it said my order shipped but the tracking info was not available. I tried getting ahold of someone but its impossible. Finally 2 weeks ago I had tracking info and a delivery date delivery date arrives no package checked cameras nothing, checked with neighbors nothing, so here it is Sep 23 and I'm out $250
This place is a joke it took me 2-1/2 months to get my clothes and all were to small I ordered xl and the extra large from China must be smaller cuz they don’t fit I have been trying to ship them back out of the $600 I spent they want me to keep these clot that I can’t do nothing with and the will give me a 200 dollar gift card to use with them this is unacceptable I am contacting bbb and starting legal proceedings somebody needs to and if you all want to get on with me legal proceedings email me nutter.
Garbage Product. This is a China company. no full returns. They offer partial refunds starting at 25% . The item arrived after my party. So I never even opened the package. Still no return.This was sent to me from California but the return you must send to China.and pay yourself the shipping. After several emails. Once I agreed to lose 60%. . I opened the package and it was not even the shirt I ordered . Completely the wrong material and style. Or thing right was same color.
I do most of my shopping online and found Milanolegacy with attractive men's clothing. I ordered a men's casual summer jacket and it came. The jacket was very nice quality, unfortunately it did not fit as the sizing was wrong. However, Milanolegacy was easy to deal with in correcting the problem and obtaining credit for the item that did not fit went without a hitch, thank you Milanolegacy
