It was take about 3 weeks to get 2 items. I spent over $100 but it was terrible that can't even wear at home.You will find much better one at Goodwill.I emailed them they emailed back say will contact me.I emailed them again they don't response anymore.Their pictures are nice and beautiful but they are Spam.The clothes are Horrible. Please away from this Spam.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The website presents itself beautifully! But that’s where things end. It takes longer than estimated on the website for your items to arrive. When they do, you get cheap items that look nothing like the photos. You can’t verify anything because all labels have been removed and/or cut off. But it does ship from China, that’s as much information as you’ll get.Their customer service is horrid at best. They take days to reply, aside from an email saying they’ll reach out soon. When they do reply, they tell you to try and fix your issues yourself. “Have you tried talking to your mail provider?” The rest of the issues (lack of tags and cheap materials, lost package that never arrived and wrong items being sent) were ignored and never addressed. Did I fix the issue myself? Yes! Requested a chargeback. If you make the same mistake as me, do a chargeback. And if you want to buy Italian goods, may I suggest a trip to Italy? Money better spent. In fact, buy directly from Temu or Shein, the quality is the same and their providers are probably the same people too.Absolutely horrible in every aspect!

This company is shameful. I don’t understand their approach. Ordered a summer sport jacket for my husband, in XL. It came clearly marked XL BUT is a small. Sleeve length measures that of a small on size chart. So sad cuz not terribly made. Buttons are horrible but could be replaced. And as reviews say, you must mail back to China at own cost. Avoid, scam.
In researching how to return the purchased items, I found that I am required to ship the items back to China at a cost of approximately $200. The shipping cost to return the items to China far exceeds the cost I paid for the items. It definitely exceed the cost of the $6.99 I paid to have items shipped to me. I believe this is a bad business practice on Milanolegacy behalf.
They are a real clothing shop online, but they have the worst products. I ordered 2 sets XXL, but they sent 2 sets medium. They took a week to respond, and instead of a return tag, they offered to keep what I have and give me 50% off. I would do it, but the clothes are garbage.
