This website seems to have nice clothing. However after two weeks of waiting on the items to arrive, I came to find out that all of the clothes seemed cheap and not well made. None of the items had a laundering tag, or any tag for that matter. It also looked like a tag on the collar was cut off. One of the shirts, shown as orange, showed up a light tan color. When I tried to return the items, the response was an option between a gift card of the balance I spent for more low quality items, or a 20% discount off my purchase. Needless to say, less than helpful. 250 down the drain, would not recommend.
I purchased a jacket as a gift. I want to return it. I asked for return authorization document. Today July 16, I read that they will offer me a 70% credit on FUTURE PURCHASES!How a business handles their customer service issues is the only mark that counts. This organization is not a legitimate retailer. On July 18 I received a message that the manager would offer a 30% credit. ! I ask this question to all who consider their clothing offers. You should know “ALL SALES ARE FONAL FROM MILANO “LEGACY “Today this organization sends an email offering 60% credit. Am I the only idiot to buy clothing from the internet who assumed there was a return policy ?Moreover the jacket is not “ as advertised “; the fabric IS NOT cotton. Stay away from this Chinese reseller that calls themselves Milano Legacy.
I ordered based on measurements instead of sizes, but the clothes I got did not match the measurements on the website. They were also not linen, but closer to a cheap muslin. It took forever for the package to come in, and I had been looking forward to having some light, linen clothes for a trip, but they didn't even get there in time. I contacted the company about a return but the only thing they would offer me was a discount on more clothes. I didn't want more of their stuff, so I ended up throwing out the clothes. They weren't even good enough quality to donate.
I ordered a shirt for $50. A month later, it never came from, they gave me a tracking number and said it. This was at a local post office.they did not recognize that tracking covered and said they never received it, the company has given me the runaround. They will not respond to my emails anymore.
3 Months and I got 2 pairs of cheap junk sunglasses. $80 for cheap junk I waited 3 Months to get. I have never seen such junk. They sell totally worthless products and charge a premium for it. Never, Never waist good money buying from frauds!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. They falsely advertise products that they don’t have in stock. They send you a completely different item and offer either a 25% refund instead of a total refund or a $50 gift card to order something else from them as if anyone would. AVOID !
I strongly advise that you do not order from this company. Firstly, it took almost 7 weeks for my "Spring Coat," to arrive. I was told that this was due to frequent shipping delays that they were experiencing. The tracking number that they provided never worked. Next, when the coat finally arrived it was not the color ordered and looked terrible. The hood pulls were both completely frayed on the ends and looked improperly cut. Finally, when I contacted the company regarding returning for a refund I was given a complete run around. They just kept offering for me to keep the coat and they would give me money off on future orders. I was very clear that I would not be spending further money with their company. I have yet to get any resolution from them. Save your money and frustration and do not order from Milano Legacy.
