Unfortunately, Milano Legacy is indeed a scam. I am so very disappointed. First of all, the items I ordered took a very long time to receive and then when they finally got here, they do not look ANYTHING like the pictures at all. Very poor quality, totally different shape, different style, and the colors are off. Second, they smell badly of mold! Third, the packaging was awful. The items were shoved so tightly in a thin plastic shipping bag and everything was so wrinkled. Zero care at all. You'll have a better experience buying used clothing from individual people on Poshmark who actually care. And this is a company touting "Where Italian finesse intertwines with modern allure". Just... no. This is totally unacceptable and I feel taken advantage of. WHY do people do this?! I would've been a loyal customer. It's too bad. I requested a refund and they are trying to only refund 40%. Nope... it's the principle. I did not receive what I paid for and I deserve a full refund. We shall see.
I was extremely excited to order the beautiful shirt I saw on Milanolegacy's website. After 3 weeks I received my very disappointing shirt. It did not look like the design on the website and it was not the correct color. I ordered a small and the fit was so large it could be a nightshirt. I was tempted to give it away but I wouldn't wish this shirt on anyone it's so ugly. I emailed them immediately asking for a refund for which I would send back this hideous shirt. Apparently the only options I had was to receive a partial refund of 25% or a $40 gift card for another purchase. I decided to give them another chance as this might have been a fluke so I ordered a different type of shirt. It arrived much quicker than the last, but was another disappointment. First off the fit was too large for small, and the design was not exactly as the website showed. It was a better looking shirt than the first one but I could have gotten the same shirt at TJ Maxx. When I went to look at the tag, it had been cut out so there is no indication it was a Alessandro Veneti. In fact, when I went back to look at the website neither one of the shirts I ordered are listed. I will never buy from this website again.
Their products has so much to do with Italy like me with planet mars it’s a total scam stay away from them what you see on their page it’s not even close to what you get what you get is complete garbage wrong sizes wrong color and unwearable I would not even wear to work
Ordered 2 linen shirts. Took forever to arrive. No idea as to original maker or composition as all tags had been removed. Doubt they were quality linen. Worst was the fit. The shoulders of both shirts were mis-cut, making them completely unwearable. They offered a partial refund (25%)or I could pay to ship them to China, wait to arrive before credit, etc. Wish I had checked them out first.
First off I didn't know this junk came from China. After ordering online and waiting over 3 weeks the clothing finally arrived. I am typically a large, which I ordered. Everything was so small that I couldn't get the shorts past my knees and would fit a 15 year old. Didn't even fit my 25 year old step son. 1 shirt I had he kept. I inquired about sending the clothing back which I did at a cost of $65 (they tried to convince me to keep it all for a credit on my next order, lol) I sent it back, says they have received it and after contacting them, 1 week later I have yet to get a response. Junk clothing from China that won't send back the money. STAY AWAY.
This shirt looks nothing like what’s advertised on the website. This is not Linen, I have linen shirts from other brands obviously, and costly. I don’t know what this is, and the time and effort to return it since the order slip indicates after purchase, that it’s from China. So ain’t no way I’m sending a $50 dollar shirt back overseas, when it took weeks for this item to even arrive in the first place. Had I known, before purchase, I would not have purchased. Buyer beware. I don’t recommend this item at all. Don’t get me started on customer service, which was very lackluster. I will not be a return buyer. This was such an awful purchase.
Just a word of warning. I did not buy anything because when I searched for a picture on their website online it came back "The image provided, showcasing a man in a black, diamond-quilted jacket with a stand-up collar, has been identified through a reverse image search as a "Premium AI-generated image" from the stock photo website Freepik. This indicates that the image is not a photograph of a real product available for purchase but rather a digitally created piece of artwork." Additionally, I did other research that showed people received completely wrong sizes after waiting extended periods of time for delivery. If you get the wrong size, you must ship the item back to China at your own cost.
The image in the Ad was a GORGEOUS, KNIT sweater...and while I still love the colors and the pattern, what I got is a SCREEN PRINT on poorly sized, cheap sweatshirt material that came straight from China.I genuinely love the colors...I would have paid double or triple for a REAL KNIT SWEATER - I had ordered a second before the first arrived...and will keep it to wear over PJs, I guess.Customer Service was good, but advertising was TOTALLY DECEPTIVE. Shame on me.
