I ordered boots in Dec. They were too small. I have returned them and they have been held in customs in Italy. Nancy, a customer service agent with Mimmu has investigated and assured me I will receive my refund soon. After hearing this I immediately ordered another pair in the correct size. These boots are gorgeous and I simply had to have them. The workmanship and detail is amazing. Looking forward to my refund and my new boots. Thank you so very much!
I sent back the item for a replacement over a month ago, and I've yet to receive any updates. Despite reaching out multiple times via email to inquire about my order's status, I've received no responses whatsoever. Now, I'm left without the item and without a refund. This experience is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
Excellent quality, delivery took a few weeks but it was definitely worth it. They honored a promotional price I had just missed by a couple of days, and did so quickly. I will definitely be placing another order.
I placed an order on October 27. When the package arrived, only one item was included, despite an email indicating both products were shipped. I reached out to customer support, and they informed me the sandals were sent separately and provided a new tracking number. Today is December 17, and I still haven't received the sandals. I've requested updates from the company multiple times, but they've remained silent. This is utterly negligent. I feel completely wronged since I live outside the country and can't visit the company in person. Please refrain from telling me that shipping issues aren't the company's responsibility, because they are! If the shipping provider fails to deliver, the customer should receive a refund or a replacement, and the company must handle the situation. As a customer, I shouldn't be left in the dark. I've reached out several times for feedback, but they continue to ignore me. Most recently, I requested a refund for the sandals due to their lack of respect and assistance, and they act as if the issue doesn’t exist. I've never felt so disrespected by a company as I do now.

The shipping company quoted over 300.00 for the return, while another option was 98.00. Consumers should be warned about the high costs of returning items. Be cautious and ensure your size. Including duties, I've spent 125.00 without even enjoying a new pair of boots. The website suggests that returns will be simple and easy, which is far from the truth. It’s disappointing.
I wasn't aware that the boots I ordered were shipped from overseas, causing a 10-day wait for arrival. Unfortunately, one of the boots was defective — the heel was crushed, making it impossible to wear without a workaround. When I contacted the company, they instructed me to return the boots, which would take a long time for a replacement. I asked if they could send a replacement boot while I returned the faulty one or offer a partial refund, but both requests were denied, which seems unreasonable.
