This service is a fraud. I ordered an outfit that never shipped. When I tried to cancel and get a refund, they informed me that 15% would be deducted from my refund for something they never intended to send. I plan to dispute this with my credit card company tomorrow. It's shocking to see all these reviews. There are truly some unethical businesses out there.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered four dresses from this seller. After waiting for weeks, I received four dresses—only one was what I ordered, while the other three were completely wrong in size, style, and color. When I contacted them, they offered me the option to return the incorrect items at my own expense or keep them for a discounted price on new dresses. I refused to pay for return shipping on their mistake, nor would I buy more. They cited their policy, which felt very dismissive. I informed them I would dispute the charges, as this was not my fault. It seems this isn't an isolated issue; they may intentionally send the wrong items and expect customers to cover the return costs. It's a total scam. I'll be donating the dresses and disputing all charges.
The dress I ordered did not fit properly, and when I emailed them about returning it, I was scolded for not using their sizing chart. Instead of providing return instructions, they asked me to wear it and take pictures, along with my measurements. This was incredibly rude! I refuse to try on something that doesn't fit and take photos. I'm likely out $58. I'm completely appalled.
This is a fraud. I received a pair of pants that I did not order. When I contacted them, they offered to send me the pants for $40 or provide a discount. I already paid for the pants. If they want the floral pants back, they can pay for the return shipping. I've messaged them multiple times, and their customer service is terrible.
Awful experience. I paid £5 for delivery only to receive clothing of terrible quality—completely see-through and unwearable. To make matters worse, I had to pay another £5 to return it. I emailed the company several times for a return label or at least a refund for return shipping since the item was faulty, but I only received a refund for the clothing. They ignored the poor quality and did not cover return postage, showing very poor customer service overall. I definitely would not recommend.
I ordered two dresses and a denim romper, but the romper was never sent. When I requested a refund, they offered a 10% discount on my order, which was much less than the $39.89 I paid for the romper. Since they refused to refund the item they didn’t send, I disputed the charge with my bank. The quality of the two garments I did receive was poor and not worth the high prices. I will never order from them again and suggest you avoid them as well.
