Review Time
Scam. Ordered a clock, weeks later received an email that they had a failed delivery - was unable to reach anyone via phone, no carrier information, and all tracking history reported that the failed delivery attempts were happening between 2-4 AM (?). Customer service then proceeded to provide two fake USPS tracking numbers, telling me to schedule re delivery (both times USPS shared this was not in their system).
