I expected a longer wait, but it was entirely worth it for me. The design is beautiful, and everything looks fantastic. The packaging could be improved, but overall, I'm very satisfied. Furthermore, the email communication was exceptional; I consistently received replies, even on Sundays, indicating they genuinely care about their business.

It left Sydney for the Gold Coast on 7/1/2025, and after nine days of following up, it still hadn't arrived. No one could find it, but it was located on the Gold Coast, just not scanned in. They couldn't deliver it because they needed a truck with a rear lift tray. This service is poor; it seems they believe inadequate service is acceptable and don't realize that the freight company they use is part of their business. If we don't pursue them, nothing happens, and we continue to wait!
