Review Time
This is based on my daughter purchasing a dress. Dress was fine but the wrong size. Returning the dress was very complicated and expensive. Also the return window is very small. At this time I don't even know if we will get credited because the process takes so long. Goods have to be returned to CHINA! $162 was the initial cost through USPS. (can only use USPS) More than twice the cost of the item. After working with clerk at USPS she was able to figure out a way to get the cost down to $30.55. I will not let my daughter purchase from this place again because of the return process. They make it so complicated that most people won't even bother to return things.
First off I been purchasing Miss Ord approximately 4 yrs ago but from Amazon, not Facebook and I have to say when I first seen her merchandise on Amazon I was so excited only because I knew no one would have my 8 gowns i purchased and I understand FB these times we are facing it was another way to let people an company take advantage of social media and get more exposure I was a business owner myself until I took sick 2 years ago but, my only concern now is my daughter getting married and I pray 🙏🏻 I’m there but I’m concerned someone may have one of my gowns, especially when 350 people are invited! But then again I may not be able to attend!
