Request for Return Address and Clarification on Refund PolicyDear Customer Service Team,I previously reached out requesting a return address to post back the items I purchased, but I have not yet received a response. I would appreciate it if a member of your team could provide me with the correct return address as soon as possible.I am also concerned about your refund policy. It is unclear to me why a customer who orders an item that does not fit would not be allowed to return it for a full refund. In particular, I would like clarification on the policy that only reimburses 30% of the purchase amount. For example, I paid $120 for my order, when I requested to return the item, I received an email proposing me a 30% refund for, which does not seem reasonable or fair.Could you kindly confirm your return process and explain this refund policy in detail? I would appreciate a prompt response so this matter can be resolved.
