I had a problem with pods I had purchased, I contacted the company directly and they sent me a replacement pair. First class service would highly recommend

Great customer service from George. I was kept up to date throughout and my issue was resolved quickly. MIXX sent out a replacement and sorted everything. Happy with my buds!

Great Customer Service

When my headphones showed a fault after a long time using them, the customer service team responded to my queries very quickly and found a resolution right away. George at the customer service team was great at helping me. I would definitely recommend them to friends and will be buying mixx products in the future.

Great experience with customer service

Great experience with customer service. Took some time to speak to someone had to email. Should be able to reach someone asap these days but replies were prompt, clear instructions and had a replacement in no time

Great Customer Service and Support

The support portal was easy to locate, unlike some customer support lines I received acknowledgement for the issue logged. Furthermore they reached out to me on my email. Not only that George went the extra mile to verify if the issue still persisted and was patient enough to do it on more than one occasion (as I was not able to timeously respond at that moment). He took my issue seriously and made suggestions to resolve the matter (which was ultimately resolved). Much appreciated,
