However, my concerns were quickly dispelled by the exceptional support provided by Louisa and George over e-mail. Their prompt response to my issue with the earphones was not just reassuring but also incredibly efficient. They swiftly diagnosed the problem and arranged for a repair/replacement without any hassle. The level of professionalism and courtesy they exhibited is commendable, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for MIXX. When my headphones showed a fault after a long time using them, the customer service team responded to my queries very quickly and found a resolution right away. George at the customer service team was great at helping me. I would definitely recommend them to friends and will be buying mixx products in the future.
The support portal was easy to locate, unlike some customer support lines I received acknowledgement for the issue logged. Furthermore they reached out to me on my email. Not only that George went the extra mile to verify if the issue still persisted and was patient enough to do it on more than one occasion (as I was not able to timeously respond at that moment).
