I recently had my earbuds replaced by Mixx and was very impressed with the whole process. Communication was excellent and prompt throughout. I returned the earbuds with all the relevant parts, they tested them, confirmed the fault, and quickly sent me a brand-new pair.What also stood out to me is their eco-friendly packaging. As someone who volunteers with Refresh (the trading name of the Wycombe Environment Centre), I truly value efforts to reduce waste and increase recycling. It’s great to see a company combining great customer service with genuine care for the environment. I hope that more big companies will follow their example.Highly recommend Mixx for both their service and their values.
Amazing product and service.I brought the product a few months ago and love them. A lot cheaper than the big brand name but definitely worth the money. Had an issue with the right one which didn't seem to play. Made contact with George from customer services who was brilliant. Gave me tips on how to clean it and make it work, when that didn't work they paid for postage and sent replacements.Can't fault the customer services. This is 5 star alone.I am now looking at other products provided by Mixx.
I recently purchased the MIXX streambuds Hybrid Charge which didn't seem to be working as expected after a couple of months. I reached out to MIXX customer services and the response from George was just simply amazing!! He took down all my details and asked me to provide as much information as possible regarding the issue, upon receipt of my written submission MIXX reacted quickly to organise free shipment of goods for return. Within days I received an email explaining that the fault had been discovered and I would be receiving replacement product. A new set of buds were shipped within a couple of working days. Excellent service!!! Great resolution of an issue!
Had a set of bluetooth ear phones given as a present about a year ago and they have been brilliant, a little fault occured so i contacted MIXX the response was first class Louisa persuaded me to return them this I did George and Louisa kept me updated and they are sending me a new set WELL DONE all at MIXX thanks Alan
I purchased a pair of MIXX streambuds from Tesco in 2023. They have been brilliant as my first pair of earbuds, A few weeks ago they were not charging as efficiently as they had been. I dint have a copy of my Tesco receipt so I contacted MIXX directly through the contact form on their website. After then exchanging a few emails, MIXX arranged collection of my earbuds, within a few days a replacement pair had arrived at my house. MIXX paid for all the postage. Their support has exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to purchase MIXX products again. A big shutout to George at MIXX who was dealing with my case, his communication and how he resolved it was brilliant.
I Purchased a pair of headphones at Christmas 2023.They were brilliant all round quality but the ear pad became unattached and in-repairable.To my amazement Asda would not replace or refund them after 4 months so i contacted George at Mixx Audio.George was the ultimate professional and went out of his way to reach the highest of standard of customer service.From sending them back,getting free postage labels,completely replacing them with New Headphones and Freepost back with a guarantee.This company are superb and i would recommend products which are of the highest quality and Customer Service is 2nd to none.Well Done Mixx and Especially George.Got my replacement now and enjoying the product very much.Will definately buy from you again.Cheers T.K
Fantastic customer service. Unfortunately my husband lost his Mixx smartwatch charger. Customer service came to the rescue and are sending a replacement without any quibble, free of charge. We’ll definitely be ordering with Mixx in the future.
